OK – so before you mention it, I know these don’t exactly fall into the ‘healthy eating’ category…but it’s Easter after all!

Here’s what you need:

  • 190g White chocolate, broken into pieces (I used a Lindt Easter Egg shell)
  • 85g shredded wheat, crushed
  • 200g bags of mini chocolate eggs
  • Cupcake cases

Melt the chocolate in a small bowl over a pan of simmering water

Pour the chocolate over the shredded wheat and stir

Spoon the wheat mixture into 12 cupcake cases and press the back of a teaspoon in the centre to create a nest shape.

Place 3 mini chocolate eggs on top of each nest.

Chill the nests in the fridge until they are set
